Gandhi ji was the architect of social transformation in India. His dreams were to give autonomy (Decentralization) to our villages. He advocated his noble theory of “Hind Swaraj’. Many state governments brutally suppressed the anti state movement. People realized only radical communist model can solve their problem, to curb the naxalite and communistmovement government launched both strategic and development model to solve the naxal menace in tribal and rural region of country.
