The benefits of every asana are also listed. MANSI GULATI is an International Yoga exponent. She is the chairperson of the ‘Manasvani Foundation’, which is geared towards improving the health of Young India. Gulati won the title of Mrs India – Asia International in 2015. Her work has been appreciated by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi and the state heads of Telangana, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. She teaches “Face Yoga – a natural therapy for upper shoulders” to various celebrities across the country and has also trained international participants from USA, UK and European countries. She recently adopted Central Jail, Tihar, New Delhi. She also organizes a number of yoga sessions across jails in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Gulati works with the Archaeological Survey of India to conduct Yoga sessions at various heritage monuments. Besides, she also works in coordination with the Ministries of Culture and Tourism and AYUSH, Government of India. She has also worked extensively with the State Government of Telangana. Gulati has written numerous articles for news magazines and news publishers, both at the regional and national levels. Gulati runs a charitable programme at Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust for the mentally and physically challenged, destitute women and orphaned kids where she trains them in yoga to help them in revitalizing their physical strength. She also introduced them to the concept of “Transcendental Meditation”, which has helped in boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem.
