While books on military psychology are still hard to find, most of them understandably cover topics related to soldiering in volatile, uncertain complex and ambiguous environments. This book Cadet Diary: Psychology of Warrior Ethos and Cadet Leadership Development is unique in the sense that it gives an insight into soldiers in the making – officer cadets as future leaders of men and women dealing with the complexities of modern warfare.
