Leadership and Psychological Capital: A Managerial Study
The military instills Positive Psychological Capital (PPC) (hope, optimism, self-efficacy and resilience) by the process of training and motivation. So these variables are profoundly linked to the military’s way of life. Many Officers are taking voluntary retirement and are utilized in corporate jobs. Being an Army officer, in order to shift the work culture from military to corporate culture, there are numerous challenges that they face in terms of restoring their positive psychological capital, ensuring work well being and lowering the urge of turnover intentions.
