This book discusses the philosophical foundations of the reservations and examines the transformation in the idea of reservations. It also observed that, how reservation policy has been discussed with its judicial articulation and emerging trends, more particularly, it assumes that the 10% quota for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
