The grounded philosophy of the present study is intervened with the outcome of the major research projects financed by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) on the development, administrative structure, learning outcomes, problems, and the existing facilities available for the secondary school education of Arunachal Pradesh. The present form of this book evolves with an analysis on the investigation pertaining to the prevalent condition of secondary education in the state. There is no iota of doubts that secondary education is the corner stone for higher education. The super structure of higher education solely depends upon the quality control, structure, and the administration of secondary education. If secondary education is absent from the quality and adequate facility enhancement leading towards higher education, in this context the educational implications, suggestion, and the overall findings of the present project work in a generalized manner have been put in a textual form which will be more beneficial to the policy makers and policy takers, educationist, bureaucrats, research scholars, and the other general readers.
