The present manual entitled "Practical Manuals of Phytopathology" has been written exclusively for students offering knowledge in the field of Plant Pathology as a foremost area under discussion at graduate and post-graduate level core courses approved by most of the universities. To a great extent, it has been written on diverse aspect of plant pathology as well as acquaintance with various laboratory equipments, learning of microscope procedures, collection and preservation of disease specimens, Preparation of media, isolation and Koch’s Postulates.
